Prolific Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prolific ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolific shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice within the App, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
